At Woodstock Furniture we pride ourselves on the aftercare services that we offer all of our clients. Given the nature of bespoke furniture and the fact that it’s predominantly constructed using timber or timber derived materials tiny movements can occur in the couple of weeks after installation as the furniture settles.

If any of these tiny movements do occur with your new furniture or if you are in any way unhappy with any aspect of your new piece Woodstock Furniture will always revisit and correct the matter as soon as possible.

The final stage of the whole process. The proper and perfect installation of your new piece is crucial and at Woodstock Furniture we take exceptional care ensuring the quality of the furniture is matched only by the quality of the installation process.

Our own fitters both are experts at what they do and also offer the same friendly and professional service as everyone at Woodstock. We are fully aware that we are working in your home and we always take extra care to minimise any disruption and inconvenience caused by our installation works.

Once you are happy that you have the perfect design your furniture then gets one step closer to becoming reality and enters the detailing process where one of our workshop draftsmen turn your commission into cutting lists and timber orders! If we are working with fitted furniture such as a kitchen or bathroom we will work closely with your architect/builders and supply them with a full set of technical drawings for them to work with showing layouts of water, gas and electrical services.

At every stage of production our designers can keep you informed as to how you order is progressing. You are more than welcome to come and visit our workshops and see your furniture being created and meet the people crafting it.

Following our initial site meeting and survey, having listened carefully to our client’s thoughts and ideas, the first steps of the design process begins. Our qualified designers, using there specialised range of knowledge will then form a complete design, factoring practicality, aesthetics and client budget seamlessly.

We then will present our initial ideas to you in the form of CAD produced plans and elevations. This presentation meeting can either happen at your home, looking at the designed space in situ or you can meet us at either our Hampshire showrooms/Workshop or at our London design studio. Our designers have no constraints on time and through open discussion we are happy spend as long as it takes to create the perfect solution for you.

Following an initial conversation a Woodstock Designer will visit your home to familiarise ourselves with both yourself and the space. At this initial meeting we will work with you to obtain a full brief and discuss you bespoke project in full. Our designers are not sales people, they are qualified furniture designers who can if required advice on room configuration and optimise the best layout for your home.

If the room is yet to be constructed we can successfully work from architects drawings. This consultation is free to clients local to the South West of England. For clients further afield we may ask for a small fee to cover travel expenses which is redeemable on your order being placed.
